Return Policy:
Please contact us for return authorization before sending goods. All items must be returned in working condition in original packaging ("resellable condition"). Returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the invoice date. S&H charges (if any) will not be refunded.
Damaged Items:
All damaged merchandise must be filed as such with the carrier by you within 5 days of receipt. Please have the original box available for their inspection. Pony Express Trading Post must be notified by you regarding this claim.
We will do our best to send you a replacement item at no charge or we will refund you the amount of the item if it's no longer in stock.
